The various pictures above are not in the correct order. The one of all of us sitting down at the table is my first evening at a real meal(the day after I arrived......rather pale and shakey thanks to a very rough ride with an Iberian airplane and then a Spanish taxi from the airport.....need I say more?) Then comes next the one of Úlla and Eyrún entering the school grades for Eyrún's last day at leikskóli, for which we came later to attend a little hour long festival for the kids and families, thus the other 2 pictures of Eyrún and Manu and then of Eldar and Manu. (Úlla and I decided it wasn't "ethical" to print any of the group pictures of other kids at the school.) And the top picture of me on the couch with two sleeping kids is, yes, after that festival (and also a hectic morning before, buying veggies and fruits at an open market and going to the health clinic for Úlla's rash and getting to the school on time). And then the last two pictures are to show everyone why Manu calls Eldar "little Mundi". I'm assuming everyone knows who's who?

Our days are busy (have I only been here just over 4 days!!?) with eating, sleeping, shopping for food, waiting for poop diapers, getting at last 4 days worth today(these last two are Eldar-related, obviously), practicing using a koppur, buying a variety of underpants (here is the Eyrún-related events), killing an ant invasion in the bathroom where 3 different Queens were leading their troups (bug spray, and covering openings with packaging tape does wonders), finding a big snail in the back yard when the knee-high grass was chopped down and discovering that Spanish snails have 4 horns(!), and developing the ability to sing and fart on key at the same time(this is Eyrún again who upon finding a piece of paper with notes proceded to show us she could sing.....see top picture)....yes our days are busy.
More will come, as now it is vacation time for the Spanish contingent, and so each day is ruled by those that are youngest ( read: Eldar, Eyrún, and Úlla........Manu and I follow the crowd). Love to all for the moment, blæblæ, AmmaMamammgvc
