Hi everyone....Freysi says that he has tried to blog a couple of times, but he couldn't get it posted. So I decided to just try out this simple post, to let everyone know that I'm always, everyday!!, thinking about the things I'm going to say on our family site, to give you all news and fun stories. And yes now that things are going a bit smoother (Freyr in his second week of work, though just 4th day; and Darri feeling better and back in school), and I've sent my presents to both sides of the Atlantic, I can now try and start posting. I think the trick is to do some everyday, and not to worry too much about the "quality", but always make sure that it might be of interest to at least one other person besides myself, right? (Of course if I "had my way", I'd probably only talk about the books I'm reading) So, one interesting micro-event today!!(and this I did email to Hildur) :There was in the early afternoon a long deep roll of thunder, a true rumble that is practically unheard of here, which made us wonder whether or not that was noise from blasting. But no, that was thunder, and the sky was really changing from dreary rain to amazing clouds and blue sky. Of course the beautiful sky didn't last long....soon came drumming hail and big gusts making one glad not to be outside.
