Finally I find a moment when I both have time to sit down and do a new blog entry and have the energy to do so. These days I find myself without any energy at all, I drag myself around the house and fall asleep if I actually allow myself to sit down, just konk right out. This baby is getting so big that it´s complicated to get through the normal tasks of a day and run around after little Eyrún. I can hardly believe that there are still two months left of this. But hopefully I´ll get through it somehow.
Eyrún is growing fast in every way. It is amazing to hear her talk now, she actually does not stop talking at all during the whole day, and learns at least a word a day, usually more. She´s becoming a very determined little character with her many likes and dislikes coming out. Her biggest passion is The Magic Flute by Mozart, and she is the Queen of the Night. You can see her in full attire on one of the pictures, wearing her blue costume and crown. She loves to listen to music and the fagott (is that a bassoon, I think?) seems to be one of her favorite instruments. Oh, and she´s also taken a liking to the drum, as you can see, looking very proffesional and all :)
She has a great sense of humor and is always laughing, singing and dancing around (of course this is in between her storms of anger and bouts of yelling "no" around the house, which she also engages in a large portion of the day). But take her to someone else´s house to visit, she turns into another person, this little shy girl who does not like getting too close to other people until she´s ready. So she has two sides, one from Manu and one from me. Let´s just hope that Manu´s side wins her over :)
I hope we hear from more of you than last time, it´s so much fun to get comments from everybody that takes a look at the blog. It seems to bring you right home, keeps us closer over so many seas and mountains :)
